Part of Pilgrims Europe, were a trusted provider of high-quality, single-serve frozen meals, helping older adults and people with specific dietary needs live well and independently.

Were looking for a New Business & Partnership Sales Manager to open new routes to market, build long-term partnerships, and turn opportunity into sustainable growth.

The Role Youll build and convert a national pipeline of new partnerships across care homes, NHS organisations, community networks, and commercial partners (including vending).

A key focus of the role is securing NHS and public-sector access, including tenders, frameworks, and approved supplier status, and converting this access into active, ordering partners.

Working cross-functionally with internal teams and our franchise network, youll help turn strategic conversations into long-term, high-value relationships.

What Youll Do Build and manage a national new business pipeline Win and activate new partnerships that deliver sustainable customer volume Develop and negotiate commercial proposals and contracts Lead or support NHS and public-sector bids and renewals Onboard, train, and engage partners to drive repeat ordering Track pipeline, forecast accurately, and report performance Represent Oakhouse Foods and Pilgrims Europe across care, health, and community sectors What Youll Bring Proven success in B2B or partnership-led new business sales Experience securing £500k annual new business revenue Experience with NHS or public-sector procurement and tenders Strong commercial, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Experience in care, healthcare, foodservice, or community sectors Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide Why Join Us?
