Job Title: Social Worker - Mental Health
Location: Warrington (Hybrid)
Pay Rate: GBP30 per hour
Overview
Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Social Worker for its client's Mental Health Team located at Warrington.
Responsibilities
* Conduct mental health assessments to evaluate emotional, psychological, and social needs
* Diagnose mental health conditions in collaboration with clinical teams
* Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client\'s goals and challenges
* Monitor progress and revise care plans as needed

Qualifications & Experience
* Social Work England registration
* Eligible to work in the UK
* Hold a full UK driving licence
* Post-qualified experience
* Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
