A vibrant and inclusive secondary school in Hounslow is searching for a Behaviour Support Mentor to support students with social, emotional, and behavioural needs. This Behaviour Support Mentor role is ideal for graduates considering a future in mental health, education or youth work. As a Behaviour Support Mentor, you will work with targeted pupils to build trust, encourage emotional regulation, and promote positive behaviour across the school day. The successful Behaviour Support Mentor will play a vital role in both the classroom and in small group interventions. Key responsibilities: Mentoring pupils with behaviour or SEMH needs Supporting behaviour management strategies in class Leading restorative conversations and wellbeing activities Liaising with the pastoral and safeguarding teams Acting as a positive role model Were looking for: A 2:1 or above in Criminology, Psychology, or a related degree An interest in SEMH, youth work or mental health Strong communication and resilience Commitment for the full academic year Please note: This role is only open to applicants with a UK undergraduate degree.
