Join our Digital Experience Team at RNIB We're excited to welcome these new roles into our newly designed Brand, Marketing and Communications directorate at RNIB. Inspired by agile marketing principles and design approaches, we're evolving how we work to help achieve a more equitable society for blind and partially sighted people. In today's rapidly changing marketing landscape, designing valuable audience journeys and experiences has become increasingly complex. The ability to optimise, test and learn is now essential to our success. This is the main purpose of our digital experience team, which consists of four people working collaboratively across the organisation. These two positions share similar responsibilities but have different focuses around data management. If you have a preference, please let us know in your application. Our Digital Experience & Optimisation team collaborates across the directorate to oversee our digital journeys, ensuring they are effectively optimised and evaluated. The team analyses data and provides recommendations on how products and journeys can be improved, sharing valuable insights to inform future planning. Working alongside colleagues throughout the directorate, the team also supports our transition towards new ways of working, drawing inspiration from agile marketing and design thinking methodologies. If you're passionate about creating inclusive digital experiences and using data to drive improvements, we'd love to hear from you.
