Purpose of the role
We are looking for a Digital Analyst to join our global creative and technology team. The individual will manage, co-ordinate and provide valuable insights to support strategic projects and decisions. You will deliver key insights derived from comprehensive data analysis.
Your analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to understand and translate complex business requirements into actionable insights will be essential for the success of our projects.
Responsibilities
1. Independently lead a data-driven strategy and implementation, conducting advanced analysis within and across all measured platforms.
2. Monitor performance through analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics, Looker Studio, Tableau, Excel, Supermetrics, Google Sheets, etc.
3. Analyze performance across multiple digital platforms, such as paid and organic social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn), social and media listening tools (Meltwater), and e-commerce (Target/Criteo, Walmart and Amazon).
4. Conduct A/B testing, historical analysis, and identify performance issues proactively by regularly reviewing data.
5. Summarize results, provide key insights, and make strategic recommendations using data through customized PowerPoint presentations and dashboards.
6. Develop strong relationships with clients and internal teams to serve as a reliable, strategic partner of analytics.
About you
7. 4 years+ of relevant work experience
8. Proficient in Marketing analytics tools including Campaign Manager, Google Analytics 360, SA360 or other attribution platforms
9. Proficient in Looker Studio or other BI Platforms
10. Proficient accessing and transforming data into insights
11. The Ability to tell a story through data, including the identification/communication of actionable insights that will inform marketing/communications programs
12. Experience integrating with planning, strategy and account teams is a plus
13. Social listening experience, including advising on listening strategy, priority terms
14. Experience with a variety of tools that will enable the candidate to bring fresh thinking to our current and prospective clients
