* Hours per week: 12 hours per week, to be discussed at interview
* Hourly pay rate: £12.71
We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and compassionate male support worker to assist a gentleman in his 60s to live independently and enjoy day-to-day life.
Responsibilities
* Support with food shopping and meal preparation
* Assistance with social activities and outings
* Medication prompts and reminders
* Encouragement and support with personal care routines
About the Individual
You will be supporting a gentleman in his 60s who enjoys:
* Golf
* Reading
* Trips out to town
* Relaxing with a coffee and good conversation
About You
* Kind, patient, and dependable
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to encourage independence while offering appropriate support
* Previous care experience is helpful but not essential
