We are looking for a Finance Support Assistant on a 12-month fixed-term contract who can carry out the following responsibilities:

* Providing excellent customer service from the start of the customer's contract through to termination.
* Supporting customers and frontline teams with technical support relating to processes and queries.
* Ensuring tasks are completed within SLA and with high accuracy.

This role is based in our Bristol office (BS16 7L) with a requirement to be in the office at least 3 days per week. The working hours are between 8am-9am start and 4pm-5pm end, as agreed with the hiring manager.

Key responsibilities include:

* Processing in-life and end of contract amendments to a high standard within SLA.
* Delivering on agreed finance support KPIs.
* Assisting with the implementation of new processes and identifying process improvements.
* Identifying anomalies in customer requests indicating process issues.
* Handling customer complaints effectively, using feedback for coaching and process improvements.
* Developing product, process, and system knowledge.
* Ensuring compliance with training, documentation, and procedural updates.

Skills and experience required:

* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask accurately under tight deadlines.
* Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
* Strong communication skills, empathetic approach to customer interactions.
* Self-motivated with initiative to own customer queries and concerns.
