Salary: Between Β£37,000 - Β£38,500 Per annum

Hours: 42.5 per week, between 08:00 - 18:00, with cover for out of hours on a rota basis

Location: First Fence Ltd, Kiln Way, Swadlincote DE11 8EA

As the Head of Sales Accounts, you will be responsible for maximising revenue and market share within a defined category of customers. The primary goal is to drive sales growth by developing and executing local sales strategies, setting aggressive targets, and directly leading, motivating, and managing a team of field sales representatives to ensure sales goals are met or exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

* Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies specific to the assigned territory. Identify new market opportunities, conduct market research, and stay informed about competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge. β€’ Directly own and manage the team's pipeline including forecasting revenue and GP growth.
* Team Management & Motivation: Lead, motivate, train, and manage the sales accounts team to achieve individual and collective targets. This is a hands-on people management role that includes hiring, performance management, and creating development plans.
* Target Setting & Reporting: Set clear sales profit and revenue targets for the team including customer lifecycle spend. Monitor performance daily and weekly, and report on sales results and progress against goals to senior management.
* Client and Market Management: Build and maintain relationships with key clients and actively lead efforts to acquire new customers within the territory feeding into your teams pipeline. Along with ensuring the customer journey is met with Customer Servicers SLAs.
* Operational Execution: Ensure the sales area operates efficiently and profitably. This involves managing the area budget, ensuring compliance with company policies, and implementing immediate action plans for improvement.


How You'll Do It

* Through a combination of data-driven strategy and on-the-ground leadership. Success is achieved by setting clear goals, providing the necessary coaching, and ensuring operational excellence across the territory.
* Leadership and People Management: Must be able to inspire and develop a sales team.
* Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse sales data, interpret market trends, and create data-driven strategies.
* Sales and Negotiation: Strong closing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential to close key deals.
* Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM
