Due to continued growth and demand for their products they now urgently need a Customer Success Manager to join their team. This would suit a Customer Success Manager who has background in deep technical and architectural leadership and understands how to deliver an excellent developer experience. This role is Remote within the UK - the office is in Milton Keynes and the team meet once per quarter. To be a successful, the ideal Customer Success Manager candidate will have: · A strong background in Customer Success or Customer Engagement. · Strong experience of working with senior / C Suite contacts. · Strong background in tech / SaaS. · Strong drive in retention and satisfaction rather than selling.
