Production/Warehouse Operative – Dronfield
£12.21 per hour | Full-Time | Monday–Friday
Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment are working in partnership with a well-established manufacturing company based in Dronfield, and we’re currently recruiting Production Operatives to join a busy and growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for ongoing, full-time work in a manufacturing and production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Weighing and measuring ingredients for production orders
* Packaging and labelling finished products
* Operating within a production and manufacturing environment
* Managing goods in and goods out
* Maintaining a clean and safe work area
* Following health & safety and quality procedures
Hours & Pay:
* Monday to Friday
* 8am-430pm or 7am-330pm
* £12.21 per hour
The Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience in manufacturing, production, factory, or workshop roles is advantageous
* Good attention to detail and accuracy
* Able to work as part of a team
* Reliable, punctual, and physically capable of manual tasks
