Responsibilities
Our 1,340 shops are central to our business and play a key role in their local communities. As a retail colleague, you will ensure our shops offer a warm and welcoming environment for customers to place bets, watch live sports, and play gaming machines.
Your daily tasks include processing customer bets, ensuring responsible gambling, assisting with inquiries, maintaining shop standards, and after training, deputising for the Shop Manager. A key part of your role will be to promote responsible betting and ensure compliance with policies like 'Think 21'.
Skills & Experience
You must be 18 or over. An interest in sports and betting is advantageous but not required, as we provide structured training and development opportunities to support your career growth.
