Technical Instructor Competitive, Based on experience Crawley, England, GB Full Time, Permanent We are seeking a Technical Instructor to design and deliver high-quality maintenance training for customers supporting simulator devices. This is an exciting opportunity to join an agile, global aviation environment committed to innovation, customer service, and safer skies. In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Customer Support to create and deliver customer-focused technical training, both in-house and at customer sites in the UK and overseas. You will also support the development, publication, and validation of technical documentation and electronic learning content, ensuring training materials reflect the correct customer configuration and remain accurate, practical, and easy to use. The role You will be responsible for creating and delivering maintenance training to a diverse customer base, adapting your approach to suit different cultures, backgrounds, and operational needs. You’ll be expected to work independently, manage your own workload, and raise technical, schedule, or resource risks early. When required, you will also contribute to the Electronic Documentation Facility content, helping to build clear, customer-facing maintenance information.
