Personal Assistant – Private Client Team (Norwich)
Location: NorwichPosition: Personal Assistant – Private Client
We have an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to join a well-established Private Client team based in Norwich. This friendly and collaborative team is seeking a PA who can provide exceptional support to Fee Earners and Partners, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
About the Role
As a key member of the team, you will play an important role in supporting legal specialists with a wide variety of administrative and organisational tasks. Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing and maintaining documents to a high standard
* Transcribing and proof-reading letters, emails and legal correspondence
* Audio typing
* Scanning, paginating and photocopying materials
* Opening new files, completing ID checks and preparing client care letters
* Providing general administrative support across the Private Client department
A Little About You
We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, detail-focused and committed to delivering excellent support. Ideally, you will bring:
* Strong document management skills, ideally with experience formatting legal documents
* Confidence in formatting, amending and numbering complex documents
* Excellent attention to detail
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* A collaborative mindset and the ability to work well within a team
* Fast, accurate typing skills
* A proactive approach and willingness to learn
* Experience in Private Client law (advantageous but not essential)
