They are known for working with leading commercial landlords, developers, and business owners across Brighton & Hove, East Sussex and Kent. With an impressive client roster and increasing demand, we continue to develop a strong presence in the South East as well as client assignments in the City and nationally. Working alongside a small team and providing hands on support to our Senior Partner and a Solicitor, you will learn from experts in their field who excel in the delivery of the full range of strategic and transactional commercial property advice. As a Paralegal you will: Work alongside a dedicated Partner and Solicitor as part of our wider Team Be responsible for managing pre and post property completion aspects relating to commercial property transactions Manage your own case-load with direct time recording and fee-earning responsibilities Engage directly with clients and other professionals in person, over the telephone and in writing.
