I am looking to hire 3 Recruitment Coordinators for a prestigious financial services firm based in London. This is a 12-month temporary contract, and you would be required to commute to their London office 4 days a week.
My client is passionate about building inclusive interview processes and diverse teams. Working in a team of recruitment coordinators you will act as the first POC for applicant ensuring positive interview experience.
Duties will include:
* Managing a high volume of interview scheduling working across multiple time zones.
* Effective partnering with the wider coordinators, global recruiters and sourcers teams
* Building and managing meaningful relationships with partners across the business
* Managing interview logistics for roles based in multiple office locations
* Oversight of workflows across the ATS, ensuring all applicants are receiving updates in a timely manner
To carry out this role you must have
* At least 2 years’ experience working in a similar high volume recruitment coordination role
* Expreinece working in a fast-paced environment
* The ability commute to the London office 4 days a week
* Excellent prioritization and communication skills
