Responsibilities
of the Technical Coordinator:
1. Support the preparation and submission of planning applications
2. Manage Building Regulation approvals and technical reports
3. Coordinate and review architectural and engineering design work
4. Oversee Section Agreements including S38, S104, and S278
5. Liaise with external consultants, utility providers and local authorities
6. Provide technical input into land appraisals and site feasibility studies
7. Resolve site-specific technical issues in collaboration with build teams
8. Ensure all technical information complies with NHBC and Building Regulations
Key Skills & Experience required:
9. Experience as a Technical Coordinator, Engineer, or similar within housebuilding
10. Ability to review technical drawings and manage consultant outputs
11. Familiarity with AutoCAD (Revit also advantageous)
12. Ability to manage multiple sites and technical packages simultaneously
