🔧 Machine Operator
Role Overview:
We are currently seeking a Machine Operator to join our client on a temp-to-perm basis. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in operating and setting machinery within a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Setting up and operating machinery efficiently and safely
2. Monitoring machine performance and identifying any issues
3. Ensuring production targets and quality standards are met
4. Carrying out basic maintenance and adjustments to equipment
5. Working in line with health and safety procedures
Requirements:
6. Previous experience operating and setting machinery is essential
7. Welding experience would be advantageous but not essential
8. Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
