We’re hiring: Rental Business Manager
Hexagon Leasing is looking for an experienced Rental Business Manager to lead, develop, and grow our rental operation based at our Alrewas Head Office.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who combines strong operational control with commercial drive. You’ll take ownership of day-to-day rental performance while actively developing new business, strengthening customer relationships, and maximising fleet utilisation.
What you’ll be doing:
Leading and developing a high-performing rental team
Driving operational excellence, compliance, and service delivery
Growing revenue through proactive local business development
Maximising fleet utilisation and asset performance
Building strong customer relationships and repeat business

Proven experience in the commercial vehicle and rental industry
A confident leader with a strong commercial mindset
Experienced in winning and developing customer relationships
