You will refine and advance the benefits strategy, oversee operational excellence, and act as a senior advisor to leadership teams across jurisdictions. Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development and continuous evolution of the global benefits strategy, ensuring competitiveness, compliance, and alignment with workforce expectations.
* Oversee benefits programme governance and delivery, maintaining strong controls, resilient processes, and high‑quality service across all markets.
* Manage vendor, broker, and provider relationships, driving value for money, financial accuracy, and effective contract oversight.
* Lead annual enrolment cycles and insurance renewals, ensuring data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and seamless execution.
* Use data and analytics to inform decisions, report on utilisation, and demonstrate impact and ROI to senior stakeholders.
* Support and lead benefits-related projects, including new programme launches, policy updates, and global alignment initiatives.
Candidate Profile
* Extensive experience in benefits management at a global or multi‑regional level.
* Strong technical understanding of benefits governance, compliance requirements, and regulatory frameworks, including GDPR.
* Proven ability to translate employee insights, market intelligence, and emerging trends into practical, high‑impact programmes.
* Demonstrated leadership capability, with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
* Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills, with confidence operating across multiple geographies and cultures.
* A proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and enhancing employee experience.
