We are working with a global, multi-entity business undergoing an exciting period of finance transformation, who are seeking an Interim Group Finance Reporting & Projects Manager to join their team.
This is a high-impact role working directly with the CFO, combining core group reporting responsibilities with involvement in business-critical projects.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading the monthly group consolidation and reporting process
* Delivering accurate group reporting packs across multiple international entities
* Managing intercompany accounting and reconciliations
* Leading the external audit process and acting as key contact for auditors
* Supporting cash flow consolidation and financial oversight
* Contributing to finance transformation initiatives, including system implementation and entity restructuring
We are looking for:
* Strong experience in group reporting, consolidation, and IFRS
* Background in multi-entity, multi-currency environments
* Proven audit leadership experience
* Exposure to finance transformation
* Project management and delivery-focused
* A proactive, structured, and adaptable approach
* ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified, 5-10 years PQE
