* Share lessons learned and best practice across engineering teams.
* Produce high‑quality reports, certificates and documentation to agreed formats.
* Conduct root‑cause analysis and generate detailed findings where required.

* A pragmatic, hands‑on approach and willingness to engage in practical work.
* Adaptability to changing requirements and evolving priorities.
* Strong awareness of safety and ability to implement safe systems of work.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience producing clear, structured technical documentation.
* A strong industrial background across major NDT disciplines, with a focus on Digital Radiography and X‑ray CT.

* Proven track record in continuous improvement and/or project management.
* Experience developing SOPs and work instructions.
* Experience creating or maturing NDT processes.

Why Join Us?
