About the Role:
Reed Recruitment are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Chef to join our team in Castledawson. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional food quality.
Key Details:
* Hours: Full-time, varying seasonally
o Winter: approx. 25 hours per week
o Summer: up to 50 hours per week
* Salary: £16.00 - £19.00 per hour (depending on experience)
* Experience: Minimum 5 years in a professional kitchen
Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook high-quality dishes to menu specifications
* Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety standards
* Manage stock levels and assist with ordering supplies
* Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
* Adapt to seasonal menu changes and busy periods
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Chef (minimum 5 years)
* Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
* Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
* Creativity and passion for delivering outstanding dishes
