We're looking for a Senior Sales Manager to join our Strategic Digital Sales (SDS) team, reporting to our Sector Sales Director. This is a pivotal role focused on converting momentum into high-value wins across multiple sectors. Responsibilities
* Leading the full sales lifecycle from prospecting through to closing multi-stakeholder deals.
* Driving accurate forecasting and maintaining a strong, forward-looking pipeline.
* Defining value propositions and developing winning customer proposals.
* Collaborating with internal collaborators to align sales activity with strategic objectives.
* Mentoring new sales colleagues and sharing market intelligence to shape go-to-market strategy.
* Identifying and managing commercial risks while meeting order targets.
Qualifications
* Proven success in high-growth sales environments, ideally across SaaS, cloud, or agile solutions.
* A consistent track record of closing sophisticated deals and managing multiple stakeholders.
* High energy, self-motivation, and a results-driven approach to sales.
* Strong grasp of sales governance and processes, with commercial foresight.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills focused on delivering client value.
* Strategic problem solver with a hands-on, proactive attitude.
