What you’ll be doing
* Support budgeting, forecasting, and operational planning activities across healthcare service units
* Monitor operational performance, workload trends, KPIs, and utilisation reports across multiple sites
* Assist in service costing, financial analysis, and feasibility assessments for new and existing healthcare services
* Track CAPEX utilisation and support operational finance reporting and analysis
* Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to support management decision-making and resource planning
* Work closely with Finance and operational stakeholders on reporting, budgeting, and service planning matters
* Support process improvement, operational analytics, and ad-hoc projects within the department
What we’re looking for
* BachelorDegree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Management, Analytics, Accountancy, or related disciplines
* Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data reporting tools
* Comfortable working with data, financial information, and operational reports
* Good communication and stakeholder management skills
* Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Prior experience in healthcare, operations, finance, analytics, or planning roles will be advantageous
