Our projects span luxury retail, hospitality, travel, and major sporting events. We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Sales & Operations Assistant to join our vibrant and fast-paced Sales and Marketing team.
The Role
This hands-on, varied role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, creative environment. Supporting senior team members, you’ll update tender documents, pricing files, and contracts using Excel, and provide practical support such as prepping meeting rooms, coordinating fittings, unpacking deliveries, assisting photoshoots, and running errands.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Head of Sales, Business Development Manager, and Marketing Manager.
* Update and manage tender documents, pricing files, and sales templates using Excel.
* Assist with contract updates, document formatting, and proofreading.
* Support fittings, sample deliveries, and showroom preparation.
* Unpack and organise deliveries for photoshoots and events.
* Assist with logistics for photoshoots, including sample packing.
* Help organise wellbeing initiatives and internal meetings.
* Run errands to support team operations.
* Assist with general sales and marketing admin and coordination.
About You
* Experience supporting teams in fast-paced environments.
* Experience in apparel, fashion, or creative industries preferred; or managing critical paths in product-focused roles.
* Advanced Excel skills — formatting, updating, creating templates, editing contracts/tenders.
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, capable of handling multiple priorities.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Energetic, proactive, self-motivated, solutions-oriented.
* Comfortable working full-time on-site in a practical, hands-on role.
