Your responsibilities:
* Credit Control: Manage a portfolio of customers, proactively following up on overdue payments and resolving any queries efficiently
* Customer Communication: Contact customers via phone, email and written correspondence to ensure timely payment and clear invoice communication
* Banking & Reconciliation: Accurately allocate incoming payments and reconcile accounts to keep records fully up to date
* Credit Monitoring: Monitor credit limits and communicate promptly with customers regarding any orders placed on hold
* Data Management: Set up and maintain accurate customer master data records
Your profile:
* Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
* Well organised approach to managing tasks and priorities
* A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
* Confident communicator, both written and verbal
* Good working knowledge of Excel
