Overview
Market leading, family owned & run Main Contractor currently seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to hit the ground running and assume responsibility for 2 new build care home projects, both JCT and around £10M in value, reporting to the Senior Management Team.
This company cares about its employees - this is demonstrated by way of ensuring Contracts Managers only run 2 jobs at a time, which is rare in todays market. Consistent experience in D&B projects, ideally including Care Homes is required, although experience of new build schools, student accommodation, housing & retirement is also considered. Strong client facing skills are required, as this forward thinking, well regarded and very busy Contractor currently enjoys 80% repeat business and has a well deserved reputation for treating it's employee's extremely well.

Requirements / Qualifications
* Proven track record in design and build (D&B) projects, ideally including care homes; experience of new build schools, student accommodation, housing and retirement living is also considered.
* Strong client-facing skills.
* Ability to manage two live projects at a time (as the role involves responsibility for 2 new build care home projects).
