We're hiring a Principal Ruby Developer to join one of the most exciting engineering teams in Belfast. Locally owned and growing fast, this company is building an in-house platform that's helping blue-chip clients optimise delivery in their field, and they're setting the pace across the sector.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the evolution of a modern Ruby codebase in a collaborative, product-focused team
Assist architectural decisions and mentor other developers across best practices
Solve complex technical problems with elegant, maintainable code
Drive continuous improvement, from testing to CI/CD pipelines
Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and DevOps to ensure delivery excellence
Requirements:
Proven experience in Ruby on Rails at a senior or principal level
A passion for building clean, scalable, production-ready systems
Experience working in product-led environments or scaling platforms
Strong communication and a desire to contribute to team culture and growth
Any exposure to modern DevOps, frontend, or cloud tools is a bonus
