NE Net Revenue Management & Go - To - Market Lead About the role This pivotal role in our commercial organization offers a unique opportunity to lead the Net Revenue Management strategy within the NE Business Unit. The primary objective of this critical role is to unlock incremental sales and profit while winning in the market with our brands and exemplifying our leadership behaviours. Furthermore, y ou will be at the forefront of driving efficiency, sophistication, and quality in our Go-to-Market strategy, leveraging cutting-edge technology. There are 3 key functions of the role : Be the centre of excellence setting long term NRM execution roadmap/priorities, improving systems and processes, leading the develop ment NRM /GTM capabilities in local markets and share best practices /learnings with so-what for the markets. Deliver Northern Europe NRM strategy& accountability and results across 5 pillars : P ricing, P rice Pack Architecture, mix, promotions and trade investment Understand, evaluate, and help modernize our go-to-market models by critically evaluating c urrent set up, structure and KPIs vs. external benchmarks Role Responsibilities Lead Northern Europe Net Revenue Strategy : Lead a long term NRM strategy to accelerate ANSP and Gross Margin. Guide thinking across all 5 NRM pillars – Pricing, Price Pack Architecture, Mix, Promotion Management, and Trade investment to ensure action plans are connected and driving incremental value and market share impact. Provide guidelines and structure on customer investment and pricing. Closely collaborate with region and clusters.Lead Northern Europe Go to Market Strategy M ap & understand existing go-to-market models in Pharmacy & Mass Market channels across BU, to idenfity key archetypes, segment s, value pools, prioritize initiatives, define success criteria & KPI s. S crutini ze Haleon’s right to win by be n chmarking vs. key competitors H elp modernize existing RTMs to ensure profitable business growth (OP%) via optimized cost to serve S upport GMs and key senior stakeholders in change management Driving Commercial Capabilities Lead Net Revenue and Go to Market Capability Plan and Execution in Northern Europe jointly with region and business unit team Deliver and continuously update “share and re - apply” guidance in close collaboration with local & r egional Teams Partner w ith Sales Leaders on Sales development needs mapping & planning to address Support creation of regional/global tools, and their adjustment to BU specifics Essential Qualifications: 10 years+ of experience in Sales and Commercial Excellence roles, including leadership roles, preferably across multiple geographies. Min of 3 years experience specifically in Net Revenue Management. University Degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Econometrics, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field Proficient in English Strong commercial and financial knowledge Excellent analytical abilities Experience working with matrix teams Focus on growth mindset Preferred Qualifications: Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills Experience in leading change Technology understanding Location – this role is based in : Any of the NE countries (Nordics, Benelux, FR, GB & Ireland) Care to join us.
