Administrator x 2 Tolvaddon Cornwall £16.17ph plus holiday pay 3 months ( temp contract – weekly pay ) Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm Due to increased demand a leading Housing company based in Cornwall require 2 Administrators to process letting allocations and exchange applications. The Role: Customer service role, raising repair orders for tenant properties Providing a first point of contact service for callers Offering an efficient, responsive, and accountable administration service. Working with customers and colleagues in fast changing environment. Fulfilling data entry tasks The Candidate Team player and can work well within a team Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, maintain detailed records Must be able to meet deadlines Good IT skills, Proficient in using property management software or Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word and Excel), and email systems Must have Previous experience within administration/Customer Service Ideally worked within the property or real estate industry.
