Field Maintenance Engineers – NW London, Bucks, Berks, Herts – Complex Equipment
Responsibilities
* Perform servicing, maintenance, installation and upgrading equipment.
* Maintenance of test equipment and tools.
* Ensure customer satisfaction and contractual terms/ SLA are met.
* Effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
* Escalate issues when needed.
* Adhere to relevant codes of conduct, safety, quality and regulatory requirements.
* Ensure that all administrative tasks are completed on time and to an acceptable standard.
* Attend product training sessions.
* Ensure the timely processing of parts.
Requirements
* HNC/HND in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
* Experience with high voltage complex equipment.
* Excellent IT skills (MS Office and an understanding of networks).
* Full UK driver’s license.
* Candidates from the armed forces who have worked with complex equipment such as radars and optics will be considered.
* Sponsorship will not be provided and candidates must be fully eligible to work in the UK.
