Main Duties
* Achieve and maintain certification for fire door repair maintenance tasks
* To deliver H&S compliance at all times to protect themselves, colleagues and others
* To deliver a high standard of work at all times within expected timescales and to expected standards
* The ideal candidate would have a background in facilities management, a trade scheme or served experience.
* To communicate all relevant details to the client, planning team or Team leaders in a timely manner
* Attending stakeholder meetings to discuss the safe system of work to be implemented assisting in the development of the scope of works
* To comprehend and comply with all company policies and procedures
* To carry out any reactive, PPM or project duties when instructed by helpdesk and supervisor
* Ad hoc duties including painting, plastering, and patch repairs
* Identify areas for additional works within and out of the specified contractual requirements and report these promptly to Team leader or line management to discuss possible options
Qualifications
* Time served Joiner
* Fire Door maintenance and installation qualification favourable
* Building Services Qualifications
* IOSH Working Safely certificate
* Full clean driving license
* Working in a healthcare environment preferable
