Job Description Overview Make a tangible impact on public health in Harrow! We are seeking a proactive Partnership Manager to lead and coordinate our Combating Drugs Partnership and Tobacco Alliance. You'll drive collaborative strategies to tackle drug misuse and promote smoke-free initiatives, ultimately enhancing community wellbeing. Key Focus: Develop and implement action plans, foster stakeholder collaboration (senior partners, elected members, service users), lead partnership forums, ensure system coordination across the partnership, and provide strategic advice. You will: Develop & implement Harrow's Combating Drugs strategy (supply reduction, treatment, prevention). Champion Smokefree Harrow and manage the local Tobacco Control Alliance. Build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders. Lead partnership meetings and decision-making. Ensure effective collaboration across the Integrated Care System. Develop and deliver strategic plans and reports. Coordinate projects, manage resources, and evaluate impact. Represent Harrow at regional forums. About You You will bring: Strong public health knowledge. Experience in data analysis and report writing. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proven experience implementing strategies and engaging stakeholders. Project management expertise. Ability to work collaboratively and manage confidential information.
