Overview
We have a variety of students from the surrounding area, and we are a welcoming and inclusive community that champions diversity and equality across our college. Our departments collaborate to establish and uphold the inclusive HoW culture, and we manage interactions with the public, fellow employees, and nearby schools. Although this position is centred on our Worcester campus, all applicants must be prepared to travel to our other campuses or surrounding areas as required.
What you'll be doing

In summary, as someone with experience in developing and delivering programmes or support towards identified outcomes or objectives, you will support in many aspects. To name a few:
* Work within the English and Maths team to proactively raise learner aspirations and improve achievements for all learners from their starting points.
* Conduct initial and diagnostic assessments of all learners to determine starting points and develop learning plans to enable progress from their starting points.
* Conduct milestone assessments as agreed with the Head of English and Maths and provide feedback within the agreed timescale, ensuring feedback supports learners to improve.
* Teach an agreed programme of hours across any of the campuses including revision and intervention sessions.
* Become a Maths Lecturer in our Maths and English department; we need someone who is ambitious, motivated and has a passion for teaching Maths to FE students.

Salary: Up to £23,835 depending on experience and quals
