Position Type: Permanent
Location: UK Remote/hybrid, with requirement to attend a monthly team meeting on site at Head Office, Farnborough, Hampshire

As a Customer Onboarding and Training Content Specialist, you will design, create, and maintain engaging content to support internal training and customer onboarding, including walk-throughs, articles, and videos tailored to health and social care audiences.
You will support customers post-sale through successful implementation, providing high-standard training and consultancy to drive digital adoption and demonstrate value in our products and services.
You will:
* Create engaging educational content in various formats for effective learning experiences.
* Deliver remote training and consultancy during onboarding.
* Collaborate with internal teams to keep training materials current and relevant.
* Build customer confidence and ensure success.
* Become a product specialist for stakeholders.
* Support customers with eLearning processes.
* Create personalized success plans with key actions for implementation.
* Manage implementation challenges to resolution.
* Drive customer satisfaction and happiness.
You have:
* Experience creating and delivering training content via multiple media (written, recorded, video, walk-throughs).
* Project/program management experience with medium to large projects.
* Proactive work approach.
* Strong collaboration skills and relationship-building ability.
