The Role
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for:
Managing project costs from inception through to completion
Preparing cost plans, estimates, and tender documentation
Administering contracts and managing variations
Carrying out valuations and agreeing final accounts
Working closely with clients, contractors, and design teams
Supporting procurement strategies and supply chain engagement
Ensuring projects are delivered within budget and commercially successfulThe Ideal Candidate
The successful Quantity Surveyor will have:
Proven experience in a Quantity Surveying role within consultancy or contractor environment
Experience working on projects in the region of £5m-£15m
Strong understanding of construction contracts and commercial processes
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a small team
A proactive and professional approach with strong attention to detail
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)What's on Offer
