Key Responsibilities:
10. Provide one-to-one and small group support with SEND.
11. Implement effective behavior management strategies to create a positive learning environment.
12. Demonstrate excellent use of initiative to adapt support techniques to meet individual student needs.
13. Foster a supportive atmosphere that encourages student engagement and confidence.
14. Understand and accommodate different children needs and learning styles.
Requirements:
15. Eligibility to work in UK
16. Enhanced child DBS on the update service or willingness to get one
17. Experience working with children or young people with additional care needs
18. 2 recent professional references
19. Ability to communicate with and inspire children.
20. Commitment to safeguarding and promoting child welfare.
21. Previous experience working with SEND students is essential.
22. A good sense of humour and a positive attitude towards supporting students.
23. Demonstrated ability in behaviour management strategies.
24. Excellent use of initiative to adapt support techniques.
25. Understanding of different children needs and learning styles.
