In this position, you will:
* Manage residential property transactions for a diverse client base.
* Advise clients on key matters, including sales, purchases, and remortgages.
* Ensure full compliance with SRA and CQS regulations while maintaining the highest standards of client service.
* Take an active role in business development to build and enhance client relationships.
