We are seeking a surveying administration assistant to provide support to the Building Surveyors. The role will ensure claim files are kept up to date with claims progressing in the appropriate timeframe. You will set up new claims in the claims management system and review notes/diaries within the system when needed. You will be responsible for processing payments, reviewing or creating letters and reports and arranging appointments on behalf of the Building Surveyors. If you are a proactive and adaptable individual with a commitment to excellent service, we would love to hear from you! The skills you will have when you apply: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Computer literacy – you'll be using a variety of in-house databases! Experience in the loss adjusting, claims handling, or surveying fields.
