The Role
* Full-time, long-term position starting September 2026
* Graduate Year Leader supporting a designated year group
* Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 per annum
* Work closely with the Head of Year to monitor attendance, punctuality, and behaviour
* Act as a key point of contact for students, supporting both academic progress and emotional wellbeing
* Contribute to assemblies, mentoring programmes, and pastoral initiatives
* Build strong relationships with parents, staff, and external agencies
* Gain hands-on experience within a structured and supportive pastoral system
