Please note: at this stage, the role is open only to colleagues currently employed within Kent and Medway NHS Trusts, the Kent and Medway Integrated Care Board (ICB) and Medway Community Healthcare. Nursing vacancies are also open to Student Nurses and Newly Qualified Nurses. Provide an efficient and comprehensive range of secretarial and administrative support to the Oral Health Promotion Service, including support for the oral health survey team with field examining work. The post holder will be required to manage and prioritise their own workload, to work independently without direct supervision and to work as part of a team, exercising initiative in directing enquiries to the most appropriate member of staff. This post has been developed to support oral health promotion services across Kent. Oral Health Promotion work in Kent is commissioned by the Kent County Council. Work may include outdoor engagement work with priority groups, epidemiology field work, telephone survey works etc. The post holder will report to Extended Duties Dental Nurse on a day to day basis and is accountable to the Oral Health Practitioner (Kent).
