Senior UX/UI Designer
Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX/UI Designer to lead the design of complex workflows, create end-to-end product solutions, and elevate the overall craft quality of our Landmark applications. The ideal candidate is a strong individual contributor who thrives in technical environments and collaborates seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
* Lead UX design for major workflows and product areas, ensuring exceptional usability, clarity, and consistency.
* Translate business and technical requirements into intuitive, user-centered design solutions.
* Apply and evolve the Landmark design system, contributing new patterns where appropriate.
* Create detailed user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs.
* Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to align requirements and deliverables.
* Conduct user validation and usability testing, iterating on designs based on insights and feedback.
* Participate in design reviews, providing and receiving constructive critique to refine solutions.
