We provide comprehensive training during onboarding for those without prior experience but possess essential qualities, such as understanding, patience, an engaging personality, professionalism, dedication, and adaptability. We offer competitive weekly pay rates, recognizing the vital role our support workers play. The core responsibilities include ensuring the safety and emotional well-being of the young person, assisting with personal care, organizing activities and outings, attending appointments, cooking, maintaining a tidy home, and participating in staff meetings.
