Your Role Will Include
* Organising and delivering engaging activities tailored to residents' interests, hobbies and abilities.
* Encouraging participation in music, dance, arts, crafts, games and social events.
* Planning activities, outings, themed days and community involvements.
* Building strong relationships with residents, staff, and families to create a positive, inclusive environment.
* Ensuring activities promote both physical and emotional well‑being.
What We Are Looking For
* Outgoing, enthusiastic personality – someone who loves to bring energy and fun to a room.
* Creative and adaptable – whether it’s singing, dancing, storytelling, or organising special events.
* Strong communication and motivational skills.
* Team player but also confident working independently.
* Organised and proactive – able to plan, deliver and adapt activities effectively.
* Confident IT skills – able to design newsletters, posters, and timetables, and use technology to showcase activities.
* Previous experience in care, well‑being, events, or entertainment is a plus, but not essential – we value passion and creativity above all!
