We are looking for a calm, reliable Waking Night Residential Care Worker to support children aged 8 to 16 living in our rural home in Warrington. This role is about consistency, safety, and helping young people settle through the night and start the morning well.

Requirements:
* Recent experience as a Children's Residential Support Worker in a children's home.
* Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare (or equivalent qualification).
* Full UK Driving Licence.
* A genuine passion for supporting children and young people in their development and wellbeing.
