💷 What You’ll Earn
1. ÂŁ44,252 basic salary
2. OTE up to ÂŁ52,680 (shift premiums & incentives)
3. Shift premiums:£10 per shift (starts 12:00–19:59)£15 per shift (starts 20:00–03:59)
4. Weekend premiums:ÂŁ1,030/year for Saturdays or SundaysÂŁ2,060/year for both
5. Compensation paid after 11 hours
6. Night out allowance
7. Overtime available if you want extra shifts

You’ll be driving modern vehicles, delivering for some of the UK’s best‑known brands:
8. Delivering palletised goods to regional RDCs
9. Collecting palletised stock from local and regional suppliers
10. Regular trunking between Culina group sites
11. Minimal handball
12. Occasional nights out
Shift pattern: 5 on / 3 off — giving you better work‑life balance.
