Student Experience Manager - Location: Camborne Salary: CC_45, £32,413. 82 Terms & Conditions: Full Time (37 hours/52 weeks), Management ContractClosing Date: 29 June 2025 Interview Date: TBC - About the Role Based at our Camborne campus, we are looking for a Student Experience Manager to oversee student experience on the campus and line manage a team of staff within the service. - The post holder will ensure that learners have an excellent experience on campus and provide opportunities for personal development, including enrichment activities and clubs. The post holder will be responsible for ensuring student wellbeing on campus, gather student voice and support staff with managing behaviour. - The role will line manage a team of staff including pastoral and learning centre teams as well as social spaces for students to ensure that we provide an excellent and supportive service to enable our students to be safe, supported and successful. - Skills & Experience The successful candidate will hold a minimum Level 3 qualification and a Level 2 pass in English and Maths. A degree-level qualification, teaching qualification or management qualification is desirable. A current Level 2 Safeguarding certification (or the willingness to obtain it in post) is required, along with proven experience in managing staff and leading teams. The ideal candidate will also be proficient in using IT systems and have a strong track record of working with young people (ages 14-25) and adults, offering support, training, coaching, and mentoring. - Experience in providing information, advice, guidance, welfare, wellbeing, and learner support services is essential, as is an understanding of mental health issues and associated support services. - Hours of work This role is on a full-time basis; 37 hours per week. - Benefits We have excellent terms and conditions of employment.
