£12.35 per hour
Plus £189 for sleep duties, this is based on 3 per month

We are looking for that special someone to work part-time in our supported living services in West Shrewsbury. We have three services within a short distance of each other. This role involves supporting individuals with learning disabilities, Autism, and mental health needs. You will provide high-quality support in all aspects of their daily lives, while promoting their independence, encouraging participation in community activities of their choice. You will be encouraging healthy living through a balanced diet and physical activities.. The supported people have a wealth of activities, discos, swimming, shopping and work commitments.
*There is no personal care in these services.
The ideal candidate will be a good communicator, committed, and able to demonstrate empathy, care, and compassion. You should be able to work well under pressure, both independently and as part of a team. Basic IT skills and the ability to write clearly and legibly are essential.
Previous experience in working in health and social care is desirable but not essential as full training will be given
