About the role
We work closely with our partner schools to provide Trainee Teaching Assistants with high-quality training and valuable paid, on-the-job experience.
Following a successful interview and all required suitability, safeguarding and identity checks, we will support you in securing a paid placement within a school to further develop your skills. We will also help you build your identity as an educator and support you in choosing your preferred specialist area, whether that’s EYFS, KS1, KS2, secondary education, or SEND provision.

Requirements
To be considered for the National Teaching Assistant Programme, you will:
1. Have a passion for supporting and helping children
2. Be dedicated to improving outcomes for all learners
3. Be kind, caring, and compassionate
4. Be proactive with strong communication skills
5. Be able to work collaboratively as part of a team
6. Be committed to completing the required training and ongoing CPD
7. Be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS check and register on the Update Service
The minimum requirements for this position are:
8. No formal qualifications required
9. Two professional references
10. Willingness to obtain a DBS on the Update Service
