We are recruiting Responsible Business & DEI Executive to This role supports the Responsible Business Manager in delivering the firm-wide ESG strategy, with a particular focus on the Community pillar. Central to this is advancing the Firm's aspiration to Inspire Young Lives - creating opportunities for young people through meaningful outreach, partnerships, and engagement. Our standard working hours are 9.30am-5.30pm, however, we are happy to consider flexible working requests. Candidate Overview We are looking for candidates who ideally hold the following skills and experience: Previous experience of working with charities, community partners and education provider Community Investment & Charity Partnerships Coordinate and support the firm's global network of charities and education partners. Support local Community Investment Action Groups across offices Manage the firm's donations process, ensuring timely and compliant payments Schools Outreach & Youth Engagement Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions and expand access and opportunity Lead and support outreach initiatives with schools and youth organisations, aligned with our strategic commitment to Inspire Young Lives Client Collaboration & External Engagement Represent the firm at external meetings, conferences, and events, including travel as required Work with the Business Development and Communications teams to showcase collaborative impact Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Support the planning and delivery of DEI related activities, campaigns and events in collaboration with the DEI Manager and Wellbeing Manager Support the DEI team by attending and running the firm's inclusion groups (ERGs) and supporting with the planning, promotion and delivery of events, campaigns and initiatives across offices Project & Event Coordination Support the planning and delivery of Responsible Business and Community Investment events Liaise with partners and managers to coordinate logistics and communication What happens next?
